The Grand Tour of Catalonia proposes 5 stages to follow this route

  • From La Seu d’Urgell to Bagà (90 km). The route starts in La Seu d’Urgell, visiting the only fully Romanesque cathedral in Catalonia, and goes into the lands of Berguedà, where the silhouette of Pedraforca will accompany us for a good part of the day.
  • From Bagà to Ripoll (128 km). In La Cerdanya, we visit small villages with rustic mountain architecture architecture and taste high quality cured meats, before continuing on to Castellar de N’Hug to see the sources of the Llobregat river.
