Et detallem en quines condicions i quan entrar\u00e0 en vigor.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6947d1f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6947d1f\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7d69286 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"7d69286\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be023c6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"be023c6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A l&#8217;\u00faltima edici\u00f3 de mar\u00e7 de 2024 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/revista.dgt.es\/revista\/num269\/mobile\/index.html#p=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>revista oficial de la DGT (p\u00e0gina 41)<\/strong><\/a>, es detalla que la DGT est\u00e0 treballant en una s\u00e8rie de modificacions en la llei que regula l&#8217;\u00fas dels vorals. Entre aquestes propostes per modificar l&#8217;<strong>article 36<\/strong> del <strong>Reglament General de Circulaci\u00f3<\/strong>, ens ha sorpr\u00e8s gratament veure que s&#8217;autoritzar\u00e0 els motociclistes a circular pel voral de la dreta en tota mena de vies amb retencions circulat\u00f2ries.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cb4189 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7cb4189\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L&#8217;\u00fas del voral dret estar\u00e0 perm\u00e8s per a les motos durant els embussos sota algunes condicions. Segons apunta la subdirectora adjunta de Circulaci\u00f3 a la DGT, la Sra. Ana Blanco: \u201cAquesta \u00e9s una mesura per donar flu\u00efdesa a la circulaci\u00f3 dels motociclistes amb unes condicions determinades de seguretat\u201d.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-253078c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"253078c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>S&#8217;aplicaran dues condicions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La velocitat de circulaci\u00f3 <strong>no pot ser superior<\/strong> a 30 km\/h.<\/li>\n<li>S&#8217;haur\u00e0 de <strong>respectar la prioritat<\/strong> dels vehicles que estan obligats a circular pel voral, especialment les bicicletes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30bde3d e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Els embussos s\u00f3n sens dubte un dels pitjors llocs per circular amb la moto, les presses, el cansament o la desesperaci\u00f3 d&#8217;alguns conductors de fa que les motos siguem molt m\u00e9s vulnerables en aquesta situaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b0194a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5b0194a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Amb aquesta modificaci\u00f3 de la norma, que es realitzaria per Reial Decret i entraria en vigor el 2025, <strong>els motoristes guanyarem una mica m\u00e9s de seguretat<\/strong> podent circular pel voral
